She went on to complete her Physician Assistant training at MUSC, graduating in 2014.<\/p><p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"659\">She began her career in cardiology before transitioning to family medicine, where she has spent years caring for patients in the Orangeburg and St. Matthews communities.<\/p><p data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"867\">In 2025, TJ founded Age Well to create a more personal, relationship-centered approach to care.
