All initial visits are conducted in person to establish care and develop a personalized treatment plan.
After your first visit, telehealth appointments are available for appropriate follow-ups and minor illnesses. Co-pays for telehealth visits are due prior to the appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow availability for other patients. Missed appointments may be subject to a $30 fee.
