Age Well is owned and operated by two nationally certified Physician Assistants, a husband and wife team with a passion for medicine and a love for people. Learn more below.
Tjuana “TJ” Durden – Seidl earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from University of South Carolina Aiken and her Master’s in Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of South Carolina Columbia. She went on to complete her Physician Assistant training at MUSC, graduating in 2014.
She began her career in cardiology before transitioning to family medicine, where she has spent years caring for patients in the Orangeburg and St. Matthews communities.
In 2025, TJ founded Age Well to create a more personal, relationship-centered approach to care. She especially values reconnecting with former patients and building lasting connections within the community.
She and her husband, Ryan, were married the same day she graduated from PA school.
Ryan Seidl earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University and completed his Physician Assistant training in 2016.
He has extensive experience in primary care and internal medicine, including serving as a lead provider in an internal medicine clinic where he managed complex patient cases. He has also provided in-home care throughout rural South Carolina.
Ryan brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to Age Well, where he focuses on delivering individualized, relationship-based care.
He has been recognized as one of the top Physician Assistants in the region and was featured in Best in Medicine: South Carolina Edition.
