We provide care for a wide range of adult health concerns, including:

What is the cost of a visit?
All self-pay visits are $100, regardless of the time spent or complexity of care. This makes our services more affordable than many urgent care or concierge practices.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept BCBS/PEBA, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, and most Medicaid/Medicare insurances. The only plans not currently accepted are First Choice Medicaid and Select Health Medicaid; we hope this is only temporary as we are waiting for their credentialling services to start accepting coverage applications for 2026.

What if I don't have insurance?

How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling is easy! You can book your appointment online using our scheduling link or call our office directly.
We recommend scheduling early to find a time that works best for you.
How long are appointments?
We pride ourselves on offering longer, more personalized visits.
Unlike traditional practices, we take the time to:

What happens if I miss an appointment?
We understand that schedules change.
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another patient.
Missed appointments without notice may result in a $30 no-show fee.
Do I need an in-person first visit?
Yes. All new patients are required to have an initial in-person visit.
This allows us to get to know you, review your history, and build a strong foundation for your care.
After your first visit, many follow-ups can be done via telehealth if appropriate.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for follow-ups and certain conditions.
Telehealth is a convenient option for:
- Managing chronic conditions
- Minor illnesses
- Follow-up visits
We do ask that any co-pays are paid prior to the appointment time.
How do I request refills?
Prescription refills are handled quickly and efficiently.
In most cases, you can expect a response within the same day. Please contact our office or follow your usual refill process.
Will I be referred to a specialist if needed?
Yes. While we manage many conditions in-house, we will refer you to trusted specialists when necessary or if you request it.
Do you treat children?
We currently treat adults ages 18 and older.
