Convenient care for minor illnesses and follow-ups without unnecessary travel or time away from work. Periodic in-office visits are required for controlled medications and certain lab follow-ups. Co-pays are due prior to the appointment.
We accept BCBS/PEBA, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, and most Medicare and Medicaid plans. Currently not accepting First Choice or Select Health Medicaid.
Established patients can contact their provider through our secure system for medical questions and prescription refills during regular business hours.

I moved to the area in 2023 and faced the frustrating challenge of finding a primary care provider. Like many others, I ended up at a large corporate entity where I was treated like cattle in a yard lot. Whenever I asked about correcting side effects or exploring options, I was simply told, "that's just how it is."
When it came time for my 90-day follow-up just to refill medication recently, I decided to look elsewhere. That is when I came across Age Well SC. From the start, the experience was refreshingly different. Their website is easy to navigate, and I was able to book an appointment directly online. Instead of waiting 60 or 90 days, I was seen the very next week.
Upon arrival, I met Ryan and Tjuana Seidl, who were incredibly professional and accommodating. As a newly opened practice, they are clearly dedicated to setting a new standard. They were engaged, attentive, and made me feel like I wasn't just another number. For the first time, I felt they genuinely cared about my health and well-being.
Ryan was absolutely fantastic. I was blown away, not only by their impeccably modern offices but by his level of knowledge and genuine willingness to help with my medications.
I am so glad I found Age Well SC. They are located in a very convenient spot near Lake Murray in Lexington. If you are tired of being treated like a number, I highly recommend giving them a try.
